tuesday randoms....
-i smell cups before i drink out of them. every time. if they smell even a tiny bit fishy, i get a different cup. i tend to lean towards plastic because glass is usually the fishyer smelling material.
-when i get in an elevator, i think about what food/drink i have in my purse and how long i could survive on it before i died if the elevator gets stuck.
-on my way to work, when i am putting on my makeup, i have "goals" for myself. "ok, lets have my powder and bronzer and blush on before i get on the freeway" lets get on that eyeshadow before i hit 59". it makes the drive interesting.
-today i voted for the first time ever. it felt like the first day of school. kinda nervous!
-i really like the smell of: tires, gasoline, babies, puppys breath, anything in a crock pot, fresh laundry.
-i can make almost any show/event/conversation into a drinking game. and win.
-speed reading is my specialty. i can read an average length book in about 6-8 hours of reading time. double that if i am on a plane. this gets very expensive!
-our washer and dryer make these sounds when the loads are done, and the first time i heard it oliver sang along with it "happy noises! happy noises!" so i hear that in my head every time and cringe and hate him a little.
-hummingbirds are my favorite animal.
